Made to Order Pieces

While we keep a selection of stock pieces that are ready to ship, many of our pieces are made to order. This means each piece is unique and made just for you. Please consult the information provided in the description of each piece about estimated manufacturing time. We endeavour to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible and to avoid any disappointment. We try very hard to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our manufacturing times are estimates and are subject to change or delay.


Pricing

Prices change slightly based on market fluctuation of gemstone and metal values; great care is taken to fairly price our pieces. If a piece has been priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct it.


Out of Stock Pieces

If a piece shown as ready to ship and is out of stock, you will be given a choice of waiting for that piece to be manufactured, change your order or a full refund.


Product images

We are careful that images of our products provide a fair representation of their scale, finish and colour. Dimensions are provided for each piece that is listed as in stock.

Made to order pieces may be offered in a range of sizes, metals and if set with a pearl, precious stone or gemstone, the details of these will be described. This means that the piece you receive will be unique to you and will differ from the image displayed on our website depending on sizing, metal choice and setting.


Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your ready to ship piece, you may return it within 14 days. Proof of purchase must be provided, such as online order confirmation, receipt or gift receipt. Pierced earrings cannot be exchanged. Custom made pieces cannot be exchanged. When exchanging a purchase, you can choose to put the purchase value towards another piece or store credit, additional postage may apply. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please email us within 14 days and quote your purchase details.


Warranty

We take great care in our crafting process, however if you believe there is a fault with a piece you have received from us, email us within 24 months of the purchase date and we will be happy to discuss your concern.

Warranty excludes general wear and tear; damage due to misuse such as bent claws, broken settings, broken chains, out of shape bands, as well as missing, damaged, chipped, or crack, stones, opals or pearls.

Any repairs, resizing or work not done by Luminous Breaths on pieces made by us will void this warranty.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchase. Refunds will only be issued where required by law.


Repairs

We recognise that life can be tough on your jewellery. If one of your pieces purchased from us requires repair, please email us and we can discuss the repair with you.


Purchase Agreement

By purchasing one or more of our pieces, you confirm that you have received our care information to look after your Luminous Breaths piece. In addition, you also agree to our terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, shipping and repairs. If you have purchased this piece as a gift, we hope you encourage the lucky receiver of this gift to read our care instructions and contact us if they have any questions about caring for the new Luminous Breaths piece.
