New Zealand Orders

We provide shipping to New Zealand via DHL Express for jewellery purchases, some items may be excluded from international shipping due to their bulky nature. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $50 with free shipping for purchases over $500AUD using the code FREESHIPNZ. This service is traceable and a signature is required on delivery.

Depending on the local laws, customs and import duties and local taxes are determined by the country the order is shipping to. Payment of these is the responsibility of the customer and is required to release you order from customs for delivery.

Delivery Times

The time it takes to receive your purchase is dependent on stock availability. If your chosen item is in stock it will generally ship within 2-3 business days. If your chosen piece needs to be manufactured there will be a longer wait time listed for each piece. If you commission a custom piece, we will discuss timing during your first consultation. All delivery times are also subject to factors outside our control, rest assured that we will do our best to ship your piece in a timely manner.
